This latest Outback is the fifth generation of the model. And it is a better wagon than its predecessor. The last Outback had fallen behind much of the competition in terms of handling and overall refinement. Prices were headed into premium territory.
The new 2015 Subaru wagon is bigger, bolder, more comfortable and cheaper. That’s all come about after Subaru engineers and product planners had another close look at the Australian market and Australian needs. This appears to have paid dividends, with this latest Outback setting fresh sales records here.
