It’s 8:30am and plenty of utes are lined up outside Perth’s Claremont Showgrounds. Another arrives honking its tuneful horn. These enthusiastic early birds are entrants in the Perth City Muster’s Beaut Ute Show for 2006. While they set up in the Robinson Pavilion, a steady stream of late entrants take their positions.
